Dr. Smita Sharma
Working as Associate Professor, Department of History, N.A.S. (P.G) College, Meerut. Did M.A. in 1983 and secured fifth position in University Merit List and first position in college. Specialized in Ancient Indian History and Medieval Indian History; has been a merit scholarship holder throughout her student career and always secured high merit (first division with distinction) in all public examinations.
Did Ph. D. in 1992 on the topic “Socio-Economic Condition of labour Class in Ancient India” and received Fellowship from Indian Council of Historical Research for her research work.

About twenty five years of teaching experience of P.G and U.G classes.
Has done Refresher Courses at prestigious Jawaharlal Nehru University and Jamia Milia University, Delhi (Sponsored by UGC)
